Refund policy

Applies for both Canadian and USA Customers.

  • Returns are available for unframed print orders for a full refund within 14 business days of purchase.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Framed prints are made to order, all sales of framed prints are final, and are not eligible for exchange.
  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 business days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need proof of purchase.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. (US-to-Canada returns may be subject to a combination of carrier shipping charges, border duties, sales taxes, and customs clearance or brokerage fees.) We are unable to predict the fees for US-to-Canada returns.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address as well. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on FINAL SALE items. Which are any items included in the Overstock and Clearance section of the website. We do not accept returns on FRAMED prints because they are custom made to order.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Extended Holiday Returns

Any Items delivered between December 10th to January 2nd will be eligible for returns up to January 16th. The same conditions apply for these items.
