Where do you ship?
We currently only ship orders within Canada and the USA.
What shipping provider do you use?
We ship through USPS, Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar and UPS.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in the original condition, unused in any way and sent back in their original packaging and labels. It is the customers responsibility to contact us before sending the return. We will not issue refunds for any items returned to us without prior communication.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
It is recommended that you include a tracking number with your return as we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Please note, refunds will be issued only once the item has been received and inspected.

Is my payment safe with you?
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
What if my package is stolen or lost?
Please allow for 20 calendar days from the day your package was shipped before contacting us about lost or stolen packages.

Where are your products made?
All of our products are printed and framed in Canada using Canadian sourced wood.
